Terms of Use
Last updated: 13 September 2026
These terms apply to the Dues mobile app ("Dues", "the app") and this website, both provided by APEX VISION TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C ("we", "us"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By installing or using Dues you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Dues is
Dues is a reminder and planning tool for bills and subscriptions. It shows you what you have entered, when it is due, and reminders you have asked for. It does not make payments, hold money, connect to your bank account, or give financial advice.
2. Your data and your responsibility
Everything you enter — bills, amounts, dates, income, balance — is entered by you and stored on your device. Dues does its best to remind you on time, but reminders depend on your phone's settings (notifications, battery optimisation, Do Not Disturb) and on the information you entered being correct. You remain responsible for paying your bills on time. Dues is not liable for late fees, disconnections, or any loss arising from a missed, late or incorrect reminder.
The "Mark paid automatically" feature reads payment confirmations on your device and is provided on a best-effort basis. Message formats change; always check your bank's own records.
3. Dues Pro
Dues Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown in the app (AED 9.99 per month or AED 79.99 per year at launch, with a 7-day free trial where offered). Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Dues for your own personal bill tracking. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or use the app to build a competing service, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the store's terms.
5. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop features of Dues at any time, including preset billers and recognised message formats. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
6. No warranty
Dues is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Dues Pro in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Privacy
How Dues handles data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in them limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
